Tristone Group 2023–2024 Sustainability Report


Tristone Group is pleased to announce the publication of its 2023–2024 Sustainability Report, prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards. The report reflects the Group’s ongoing commitment to transparency, stakeholder engagement, and responsible business practices across all its global operations.

This year’s report highlights Tristone’s progress and performance in key Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) areas. It showcases Tristone’s continuous dedication to transparency, responsible business conduct, and sustainable development in all aspects of its operations.

Key highlights from the report include:

•                    Management of a company-wide GHG inventory aligned with the GHG Protocol, supported by dedicated software tools;

•                    Improved sustainability ratings on sustainability platforms

•                    Materiality assessment to identify the most relevant topics for Tristone’s stakeholders;

•                    Expansion of internal circular economy and life cycle assessment (LCA) programs across multiple products;

•                    Closer alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through dedicated sustainability goals;

•                    Certifications of occupational health & safety and energy management systems;

•                    Enhancement of Tristone’s sustainable procurement and supplier evaluation frameworks;

•                    Implementation of a Biodiversity Impact Assessment to evaluate how our activities may affect local ecosystems

•                    Community investment activities.

The report serves as a baseline for the company's sustainability roadmap, enhances Tristone’s competitive advantage in contract negotiations, particularly as ESG criteria become more prominent in procurement and investment decisions, and builds trust with OEM customers, suppliers, and financial institutions through ESG disclosure.

We’re going the next step in our initiative of further digitalization and standardization. Please support us in our effort to improve and simplify our cooperation and communication with you.


As we have already announced within the latest release of Tristone’s Global Supplier Logistics Manual we are in the phase of implementing Tristone’s Supplier B2B-/Web-Portal “OTOEDI”. The “OTOEDI” will be accessible via any internet web browser for following functionalities:

Scheduling Agreement (blanket Purchase Order)

  • Order Coordination
  • Delivery schedules (DELFOR)
  • Call offs / Shipping releases (DELJIT/DELJIS)
  • Shipping Notification (ASN/DESADV)
  • Label printing
  • Other functionalities will be defined and follow in the near future

To keep the additional workload at all involved parties on the lowest possible level we have defined

to onboard our supplier base in different batches. Batch will be communicated separately by mail.

In this moment there’s nothing to do from your side. You will be contacted by our IT team once we

are ahead to start with the batch you belong to.
