Within the production department, reporting to the workshop manager, the production operator carries out the following operations: assembly, verification and packaging of the parts produced. He/she complies with the quality and safety procedures applicable in the sector.


Responsibilities

  • You produce in quantity and quality according to the schedule provided by the workshop manager, and monitor the smooth running of production while adhering to production rates and QSE standards.
  • You control the quality of parts as they leave the machine and package them in the appropriate packaging.
  • You follow Quality procedures by checking part conformity using measuring and control instruments.
  • You apply general and specific procedures: temporary instructions, exceptions, etc.
  • You complete workstation documents for proper production reporting: quality documents, workstation production reports, etc.
  • You detect and inform the Workshop Manager of production issues.
  • You transmit written and oral instructions to other teams.
  • You ensure the cleanliness and 5S compliance of the workstations you work on, recording the results.
  • You train new employees in the positions for which you are authorized.


Required Qualifications

  • Industrial experience in plastics would be a plus
  • Curiosity, organization, and autonomy
  • Good communication skills – teamwork
