Job description:

  • Coordinates the activities of individual projects in the area of quality for assigned projects (APQP),
  • Performs external sampling with customers for new parts including all changes,
  • Responsible for communication with the customer in the area of ??quality - intranet portals, management and sending of 8D reports, performing analyses, comprehensive management of the complaint process externally and internally,
  • Coordinates the implementation and updating of specific customer requirements,
  • Coordinates the preparation of customer audits, the course of the customer audit, the creation and control of corrective measures together with the quality manager,
  • Actively participates in FMEA including the preparation of documents,
  • Coordinates the creation of an action plan within a given deadline and is responsible for the control of the established corrective measures.
  • In the event of quality problems with customers, determines limit samples,
  • Performs training of production workers together with the Quality Technician - quality of finalization, vulcanization, extrusion including relevant records,
  • Coordinates the implementation of specific customer requirements - is responsible for their update,
  • Initiates continuous improvement of the project in the area of ??quality,
  • Prepares statistical evaluation of customer complaints, co-creates Q-report for customer satisfaction,
  • Participates in the preparation of internal documentation according to IATF 16949 requirements,
  • Cooperates in reducing internal scrap rate for assigned projects,
  • Other activities according to the instructions of the quality manager.


Requirements:

  • Min. Secondary education with high school diploma (preferably technical)
  • Min. basic knowledge of quality tools and standards in the automotive industry (IATF 16949, SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D methodology, etc.)
  • Communicative knowledge of English required
  • User knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of specific customer requirements
  • Knowledge and use of customer portals
  • Practice in the automotive industry in the area of ??quality an advantage
  • Communicativeness, independence, consistency
