Reporting to the Site Manager and a member of the Management Committee, you will be responsible for buildings and energy, machine maintenance, tools, and technical support. You will develop the technical expertise of your teams and the company.
You will manage the Machine and Tool Maintenance team and carry out your department's activities (time management, individual interviews, attendance, etc.). A true operational professional, you will be required to provide technical support to your teams.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance Machines:
- You will define (CDC) and select capacity investments in coordination with the industrialization methods and purchasing departments. You will initiate new plastics investments or production transfers.
- You will plan the organization of the Machine Maintenance workshop.
- You will manage subcontracting, specific and routine purchases with the support of a warehouse manager.
- You will specify budget management.
- You will monitor the progress of machine recommendations and the maintenance specifications.
- You will be responsible for managing preventive and corrective work in the workshop.
- You will develop the list of work to be scheduled and maintain relationships with the QSE department for planning, monitoring, and execution.
- You will implement and track maintenance indicators.
- You will alert your superior or the QSE department in the event of QSE non-compliance so that corrective actions can be taken quickly. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes with a focus on safety and environmental protection.
- You will ensure the safety and compliance of equipment, particularly by reviewing inspection reports and ensuring building maintenance.
Maintenance Tools:
- You will perform tool maintenance operations (curative, preventive, and tool improvement) and will be responsible for the results achieved.
- You will manage tooling and machining subcontracting activities for maintenance.
- You will manage the supply of spare parts and consumables (production security).
- You will provide support to the industrialization teams to take action on the tools during development.
- You will lead improvement initiatives, tool productivity initiatives, and innovation for the tool maintenance department.
Required Qualifications
- General Engineer (or equivalent experience in maintenance) with a minimum of 10 years of technical experience.
- Knowledge of plastic injection, mechanics, molds, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, automation (particularly Fanuc), energy, machine safety, and the environment.
- Experience in team management and negotiation skills.
- Curious, tenacious, organized, autonomous, rigorous, open-minded, good interpersonal skills, and a team player.
