General Profile

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will ensure the assembly and adjustment of machines according to manufacturing instructions to ensure production meets cost, quality, and deadlines. You will adhere to the quality and safety procedures applicable in the workshop.


Responsibilities

  • You procure components and packaging for upcoming production runs.
  • You perform production start-up checks: part dimensions, welding values, etc.
  • You perform part checks: bursts, tears, tensile strength, etc., depending on the process.
  • You provide first-level maintenance of equipment during TPM shutdowns and report any team issues to the technical coordinator and/or workshop manager and/or maintenance manager.
  • You report any anomalies encountered to the workshop manager and/or technical coordinator and/or maintenance manager.
  • You check the quality of parts as they leave the machine, assemble them at the assembly station, and package them in the appropriate packaging depending on the activity level.
  • You start and stop the presses according to production needs.
  • You assemble the molds and associated equipment during part number changes and ensure the correct settings are selected to guarantee production in terms of cost, quality, and lead time.
  • You report defects on molds and presses, following the company's procedures.
  • You start and shut down equipment (islands, welding, sealing, standard machines, etc.) as needed.
  • You ensure the assembly and adjustment of machines according to manufacturing instructions, in order to guarantee production in terms of cost, quality, and deadlines during start-ups or manufacturing changes.


Required Qualifications

  • You have successful experience in plastic injection molding.
  • You have successful experience in automated production line management.
  • Skills with SEPRO and FANUC robots are a plus.
  • Independent troubleshooting and problem analysis are essential.
  • 2x8 shift position
