History of Tristone
Establishment of the company.
2010
The TRISTONE Group was formed in 2010 through a spin-off from the parent company Trelleborg. The Shared Service Center (SSC) supports the Tristone organization globally in key financial and IT processes, including treasury, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger processing, as well as IT infrastructure support and certain SAP functions.
Tristone Group with new shared service center in Liberec
2018
The Shared Service Center of the Group moved into new and larger offices in the Avicena office complex in Liberec, Czech Republic.
Establishment of a branch in Liberec
2019
The Tristone Flowtech Group, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, officially opened its newest independent legal entity, Tristone Flowtech Shared Services Center Czech Republic s.r.o. in Liberec, on Monday, July 1, 2019.
Opening of a new plant in Mexico
2025
The Tristone Flowtech Group, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, officially opened new production plant in Mexico, Chihuahua. The new plant is located approximately 100 km from our plant in Delicias.
